Works with any Philippine bank

ChequePro's WYSIWYG alignment engine lets you create a template for any Philippine bank in minutes: BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Land Bank, PNB, Security Bank, China Bank, RCBC, UnionBank, EastWest, DBP, and others, including rural banks. Import a scan or photo of your cheque, drag the date, payee, amount in words, and amount in figures to their positions, and save. From then on, every cheque on that bank prints correctly. The Philippines has a broad mix of universal banks, commercial banks, and rural banks, and the alignment engine handles them all.

How the alignment engine works

  1. 1.Import a scan or photo of your cheque
  2. 2.Drag each field (date, payee, amount in words, amount in figures) to the right position
  3. 3.Save; every cheque on that bank prints correctly from then on

You only do this once per bank.

  • Ready-made templates for common Philippines banks

About Philippines cheques

Philippine cheques are issued in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and governed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), cleared through PCHC (the Philippine Clearing House Corporation). All current Philippine cheques are CICS (Check Image Clearing System) compliant, with a MICR line at the foot. Cheque bouncing is treated seriously in the Philippines under Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (the Bouncing Checks Law), which is why accurate cheque issuance matters. ChequePro handles PHP currency and Philippine cheque formatting precisely.
