1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ChequePro software or visiting chequepro.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by People Central Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ChequePro on the number of devices permitted by your purchased licence tier (Lite, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate).
- Licences are per-named-user unless otherwise specified.
- Lite licences are perpetual and free of charge.
- Paid licences are one-time purchases; there are no recurring subscription fees.
- You may not sublicence, sell, or redistribute the software.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the software to produce fraudulent, forged, or unauthorised financial instruments.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- Use automated tools to scrape or mine data from our website.
4. Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid licences if you are not satisfied, subject to a support contact being raised first.
5. Updates and Support
Paid licences include free software updates and email support for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates and support may be renewed at a discounted price thereafter. The Lite version receives updates at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
ChequePro and all related marks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of People Central Pte Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Central Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
